WHAT IS SLS TECHNOLOGY?
SLS technology is the production of prototypes / parts by solidifying the powdered PolyAmide material laid in a thin layer on the production table with laser power under high temperature.
With SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) technology, it is very easy to reduce your production costs for small parts and organize and accelerate your test processes such as disassembling, assembling and assembling your nailed parts in product development! One of the biggest benefits of SLS, a 3D printing technology, is the ability to produce parts together in a production area by placing them side by side and on top of each other, without requiring a support structure.
Because part manufacturing/rapid prototyping is performed in a powder bed, it is possible to save material costs and produce parts faster. Since no part-specific support material is used in SLS technology, the time required for cleaning the parts is eliminated. Another advantage of SLS additive manufacturing technology is that it is an economical and fast solution in the production of 3D models and small-precision parts containing moving mechanisms such as hinges, nails and clips.
