AS9100 (BS EN 9100) is a quality and risk management standard for the aerospace industry. AS 9100 Aviation, Space, Defense Quality Management System Standard is an international quality management system created by adding additional requirements specific to the aviation sector in addition to the ISO 9001 Standard. OUR LEAN +90 3D DIGITAL FACTORY

We ensure our understanding of quality, which is an indispensable condition for customer satisfaction, and its sustainability with the philosophy of “lean management”. Our goal in lean management philosophy is not only to implement lean management with a quality team, but also to ensure the adoption of continuous improvement philosophy in all units of our company and to continuously increase customer satisfaction with lean management principles.

OUR 5S PROGRAM

All of our units have received 5S training and aim to minimize time losses due to irregularities and improve the working environment in terms of comfort, cleanliness and safety by conducting 5S works.

VALUE FLOW MAPPING (VSM) PROGRAM

We identify all the steps that do not add value to our customers in our product delivery and after-sales process, and create opportunities for improvement. We aim to reach our future situation map, which we have created as a result of our VSM work, with the improvement activities we carry out.

PROCESS MEASUREMENT WORKSHOPS

We conduct process measurement workshops in all our units. The primary purpose of our workshops is to identify the wastes in our processes, to create kaizen works for these wastes and to reveal the standard process steps. We make presentations to inform our teammates about the work we have done and to ensure the applicability of the improved process.
