With the vacuum casting method, we can produce all parts, including complex parts with complex and difficult geometries.

WHAT IS VACUUM CASTING?

Vacuum Casting is the process of molding a part by coating it with silicone material. This method is a technique used in prototype production or mass production in small quantities in industries such as automotive, aerospace, defense and white goods. With the vacuum casting method, we can take an average of 20-25 parts from one mold, and we offer you cost and time advantages when you request small pieces from 5 to 100.

VACUUM CASTING PROCESSES

We obtain a master model by applying post-processing to the outer surfaces of the parts coming out of the 3D printer. We obtain a silicone mold by determining the mold separation lines and runners on this master model. We carry out the casting process under vacuum with Polyurethane material, which we have chosen from a wide range of materials, inside silicone molds. After completing the necessary post-processing of the parts, we apply visual paint and make your parts ready after the necessary quality control steps.
