Prototyping with the FDM Technology

The most commonly-used technology is FDM in the world and it is the leading 3D printing technology in our company. We use FDM Technology that is the most widespread additive manufacturing technology to build robust, durable and dimensionally stable prototypes with the best accuracy and repeatability of any 3D printing technology. 3D printers that run on FDM Technology produce prototypes layer-by-layer from the bottom up by heating thermoplastic materials. We can apply successive post-processes such as sandpapering, painting and polishing on the parts produced by FDM technology.

Prototyping with the Polyjet Technology

We manufacture prototypes with high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality by using Polyjet technology which is the most sensitive 3D printing technology. Polyjet technology works by jetting photopolymer materials in ultra-thin layers onto a build platform. Each photopolymer layer is cured by UV light. We produce fully cured 3D models that can be handled and used immediately, with no post-curing needed. We offer 3D printed prototypes made of multiple model materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build by using Polyjet technology. We can produce very precise mechanical components and high-quality prototypes.

Prototyping with the SLS Technology

We manufacture especially the flexible parts by using SLS technology. SLS technology uses a laser to harden and bond small grains of Polyamide materials into layers in a 3D dimensional structure. The laser traces the pattern of each cross-section of the 3D design onto the job box. After one layer is built, the job box lowers and another layer are built on top of the existing layers. The job box then continues to lower until every layer is built and the part is complete. SLS technology can decrease the manufacturing cost of small parts. Also, it can organize and accelerate the test process and make easier the dissembling and assembling processes.

Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) uses a precise, high-wattage laser to micro-weld powdered metals and alloys to form fully functional metal components from your digital 3D model. We accelerate different industry by manufacturing 3D metal parts by using 3D printing technologies without the molds which have high manufacturing cost and requires a long time.  Manufacturing a 3D printed part with high quality requires more than a machine.
