We produce low volume products by silicone molding method. We produce plastic parts by pouring the material in the molds that we have obtained by pouring silicon material onto a model produced in 3D printers, under vacuum.

We are able to produce opaque, 100% transparent and rubber materials by simulating many real materials with the types of Polyurethane materials used in silicone molding method.

With vacuum casting, we produce complicated parts with especially complex and difficult geometries.

We can produce 20-25 pieces on average per mold with vacuum casting technology. We offer cost and time advantages to your low volume of part needs from 5 to 100 pieces.

HOW TO MAKE VACUUM CASTING?

MASTER MODEL

By applying post-processing to the outer surface of the parts from a 3D printer, we get a master model.

SILICON MOLDING

Through this master model we are getting a silicone mold by determining mold release lines and runners.

CASTING

We perform the casting under vacuum with the polyurethane material we have selected in the wide range of materials in the silicon molds.

POST PROCESSING

After completing the necessary post processing of the parts, we apply visual paint and prepare the parts after the necessary quality control steps.
