WHAT IS POLYJET TECHNOLOGY

As +90 3D Digital Factory, we manufacture with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), Polyjet, SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) and DMLS (Direct Metal Sintering) technologies to satisfy your rapid prototyping needs. We manufacture prototypes with high dimensional accuracy and high surface quality by using Polyjet technology which is the most sensitive 3D printing technology.

 Polyjet technology works by jetting photopolymer materials in ultra-thin layers onto a build platform. Each photopolymer layer is cured by UV light. We produce fully cured 3D models that can be handled and used immediately, with no post-curing needed. We remove support material by water jetting.

We offer 3D printed parts made of multiple model materials, with different mechanical or physical properties, all in a single build by using Polyjet technology.

We can produce very precise mechanical components and high-quality prototypes with Polyjet technology that enables horizontal layers of just 16 µm (0.0006″), fine details, and ultra-thin walls down to 0.6 mm (0.024″) depending on the geometry of the part.

We can apply successive post-processes such as sandpapering, painting and polishing on the parts produced by Polyjet technology.
