WHAT IS FDM TECHNOLOGY?

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology; It is a 3D printer technology that builds the 3D model (prototype or part) by semi-melting the real engineering material, which is in the form of filament in a professional 3D printer, in the nozzle (head or head) and pouring it layer by layer onto the production table. We can apply post-processing processes such as painting, polishing and coating on the parts produced with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. With our FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) additive manufacturing solution, we meet the prototype production, rapid prototyping, small quantity production, functional parts and direct end-user part requirements of different sectors, especially the automotive, white goods and defense industries.

    APPLICATION AREAS OF FDM TECHNOLOGY

    • All plastic parts that are product development outputs for the automotive industry, especially interior trim, exterior trim and lighting.
    • Volumetric outdoor units, accessories and mechanical parts in white goods
    • Electronic product boxes, weapon systems, simulators and visual mock-ups in the defense industry
    • End-user products and prototypes with large dimensions that need to be produced in one piece
    • End-user products and prototypes with different features such as high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, biocompatibility and liquid impermeability
    • End-user parts in industries where small quantities of parts are needed, such as medical and electronics
    • Production auxiliary equipment and fixtures
    • End-user products and prototypes that require insertion into the 3D model, that can be threaded, or that require assembly and disassembly.
    • Dissolvable core production for use in composite part production
